Brian Bartlett, President

Brian Bartlett is president and co-founder of ProMedics. Brian has worked in the natural product industry for over 30 years. His experience is in both the retail sector and alternative-health professional sector. Instrumental in the start up of two distribution companies, Brian’s knowledge encompasses all aspects of the distribution including sales and service. He believes in supporting his customers with the highest-quality product and the best service. Brian has a passion for the industry and the products it provides, incorporating many of the products in his daily life. Outside of work he spends most of his time with his family helping to raise two boys. He is very active in all aspects of his children’s lives including coaching them in various sports.

Bryn Jackson, Vice President

Bryn Jackson is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and co-founder of ProMedics. Bryn has been in the alternative-health care field since 1986. Her experience includes working in both large multinational companies as well start-ups. She has been as a sales representative, regional sales manager and a national sales director. She has worked very closely with doctors for nearly 30 years and her experience has molded her belief in the importance of customer service and building relationships. This is what a successful business represents to Bryn. Quality products with outstanding customer service are her passion. Outside of ProMedics, Bryn is busy raising two boys. When she’s not at the hockey rink, Bryn fits in time to run.

Andrea Kasinec RHN, Customer Relations

Andrea has been with ProMedics since 2010. She brings a wealth of knowledge in nutrition/supplementation, holding a diploma in Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Andrea's knowledge and passion for this industry shows in her relationships with our clients. Andrea carries her passion for health over in her private life by training for fitness competitions.

Desire Olexy, Marketing Communications

Desire graduated with distinction from BCIT in the field of Marketing Communications and has been with ProMedics since 2013. She brings her knowledge of social media, online marketing and event planning as well as a keen interest in natural health practices to our team. Desire has travelled extensively and enjoys yoga, organizing, vegan cooking and watching true crime or reality television.

Dr. Ingrid Pincott ND, Educator

Dr.Ingrid Pincott, ND (retired) is a graduate from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1985. She received her Registered Nurse from Royal Jubilee Hospital in 1979. She was a general practitioner specializing in womens health and successful aging. She was the first woman to practice in Vancouver, since the 1930’s, where she practiced for 11 years before relocating to Campbell River in 1996. Dr. Pincott lectured a Master Class in Practice Management at Boucher Institute for Naturopathic Medicine from 2006 until 2014. She published a bi -monthly health article in The Campbell River Mirror for 20 years. She has served on the board of the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC and the Canadian Naturopathic Association. She received the Verna Hunt award in 2005 for developing the National Naturopathic Medicine Week in Canada. Dr. Pincott received prescribing rights in BC in August 2010. She was invited to be a Master Lecturer at CCNM (Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine) in 2011 on the topic of Practice Management. She retired from full time practice in 2016 and fully retired in 2019. She served on the BINM /CCNM Board from Dec 2017 to Dec 2021. She has written health articles for the local Compass magazine from 2017 to 2022. She writes and lectures for Promedics since 2017. She is passionate about educating and supporting her family, friends and colleagues in optimal health.

Dr Seema Kanwal ND, Consultant

Dr. Kanwal is a graduate of Simon Fraser University where she focused on Chemistry and Biochemistry. Upon graduation, she joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Forensics Laboratory in Ottawa as a Forensic Technologist. Dr. Kanwal then pursued her career in Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario and has been practicing in Vancouver since 2006. She has been an active member of the British Columbia Board of Naturopathic Doctors and is one of few naturopathic physicians to hold pharmaceutical prescription rights in British Columbia. You can find her practice at the Fit to Train Clinic.

Kristen Kaster, CCNM Student Rep (ON)

Kristen graduated from her Master's degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2017. After taking some time off to pursue her other love - acting, she was accepted into the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is now in her second year. She is excited to continue learning and can't wait to help others through naturopathic medicine. When Kristen is not studying, you can catch her at the gym, walking her dogs, or on set acting.

Chelsea Weinkauf, CCNM Student Rep (BC)

Chelsea graduated from Dalhousie University with her bachelor’s of dental hygiene. After working in dental offices and public health, she decided to make a career change and is currently in her third year of Naturopathic Medicine at the CCNM Boucher campus. Outside of school, she competes in Olympic weightlifting and also loves hiking and exploring with her dogs.
