Rehmannia Complex contains Rehmannia, False Bupleurum, Indian-sarsaparilla and Feverfew. This combination of herbs contain many compounds including iridoid glycosides, triterpenoid saponins (called saikosaponins), other saponins, sterols, sesquiterpene lactones of the germacranolide type, particularly parthenolide and other terpenes.
Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve headaches.

Recommended Dose
Adults: 1 tablet 2-4 times daily. Reduce the dosage gradually if treatment is to be paused or discontinued. Take with or after food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 months.

Some people may experience sore mouth, mouth ulcers and/ or gastrointestinal discomfort.
