Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist, prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are taking other sedatives, CNS depressants, or if you experience severe drowsiness and/ or withdrawal symptoms upon abrupt discontinuation following chronic use. Consumption of alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Discontinue 7 days prior to general anesthesia.
