Professional products are sold only to registered healthcare professionals and key natural pharmacies that fill prescriptions for health professionals. The distinction between professional and retail is based on the manufactures desired market. Our retail products are available online and also in quality health-food stores across Canada.

Is there a difference between the quality of Professional Products and Retail Products?

The quality of both our professional products and our retail products are very high. Each group must meet Health Canada’s standards. In some cases the professional products may be stronger and more health specific thus the guidance of a qualified health professional is required.

I am a health professional. How do I receive approval to sell the professional products?

All health-care professionals must first fill out our online application. Upon completion of the form, our staff will ensure that you meet the requirements. At this point we will contact you with a username and password. This will give you access to professional products and our support.

Do you ship products to the USA?

No, we do not ship products to the USA. In most cases the products we carry are already available in the USA from either the manufacturer or a local distributor.

Are all your products shipped from British Columbia?

No, we have two distribution centers, in Vancouver and the other in Mississauga. This allows us to support our clients more efficiently with shorter shipping times.

Can I go to the warehouse and pick up my order?

No, our warehouses are not set up to deal with individual clients. All orders will be shipped either by a major courier or Canada Post.

I am a naturopathic doctor and would like to talk to someone about products. What do I do?

We have a number of naturopathic consultants that educate doctors on our products. Our consultants are well trained and have their own practices. They have the knowledge and hands-on-experience with the products and protocols to help you in your practice. Contact our head office and we can help.
