Details
Licorice contains triterpenoid saponins (especially glycyrrhizan), other saponins, flavonoids, sterols and other compounds to support the integrity of the oral mucosa. Licorice High Grade 1:1 is extracted using 20% alcohol (derived from sugar cane).
Used as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints, such as catarrhs, coughs and bronchitis.
Also used to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, such as gastritis in adults.
