A gentler concentration of magnesium chloride than our magnesium oil or magnesium gel products, Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion protects the most sensitive skin.

Recommended Dose
Apply 1 full pump (1ml) to clean skin. Avoid sensitive areas and mucus membranes. We recommend applying liberally to larger areas of skin such as your torso, legs and arms, to help maximize absorption. Can be used as a daily moisturizer. We do not recommend applying to freshly shaven skin.
